VAQAR – Custom Webshop for Fashion Drops with Waitlist

VAQAR needed more than a conventional product catalogue. Drops had to support standard sales, pre-orders or waitlists depending on release state while keeping the brand, regional pricing and consent flows consistent.

We combined a distinctive Next.js storefront with a customised Medusa backend. Variant-level waitlists, Swiss and EU market and currency logic, Stripe checkout, inventory management, newsletter flows and a protected admin make releases centrally manageable.

The result is a managed commerce foundation from which VAQAR can operate its brand, products, inventory, waitlists, reviews and orders through one controlled system.
